Soup Season

As the air grows crisp, it’s time to pull out your soup pot or Dutch oven and revisit the most nourishing part of the year – soup season. Not only does it add tangible comfort to any meal, it’s a great way to incorporate vegetables and blend flavors in different ways than you would in the warmer months. Plus, it’s easy to double (or triple!) if you’re feeding a crowd.
Here are my favorite soup recipes that are simple to make, loved by all and lead everyone to leave the table feeling warm and full.
